A Question About C Of O by Godyear(m): 8:19am On Nov 23, 2020
Hi guys, I got a question regarding C of O.

Does being in possession of a C of O mean ownership of a property? Or ones own name has to be on the document?

What happens if it is family property and said C of O has the patriarchs name on it, and if for some reason the patriarch is unavailable can the C of O be used for something like a bank loan by say the children of the patriarch if they are all in agreement?
