We require the service of a Senior Private Chef (live in) for immediate employment. Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos. REQUIREMENTS: - Male - Age between 28 to 35 - Willing to work Mondays -Saturdays - Resident in Lagos - Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings. - Ensure all food safety regulations are followed. - Cooking food in a timely manner. - Be aware of new culinary trends and recipes. - Manage special dietary needs. - Oversee purchasing to stay within a certain budget.
