This condo seems cramped to me. Even for one person, there is not enough space, and the kitchen is tiny. I understand that many people would be happy to have an apartment like this, but I'd feel uncomfortable personally. I need a condo with at least 2 rooms and a living, and definitely a dressing room. My husband agrees with me, and we are just selling our old small apartment and looking for a new option at Myrtle Beach. I'm willing to pay more for it than to agonize in a tiny apartment and pay the mortgage on it.
