To be honest with you, it's not good to celebrate christmas how we were taught to celebrate it. There is no convincing evidence to backup what they claim about Christmas, so if we are not careful we will be celebrating lies with them. Besides, the way Christmas is celebrated around the world is too worldly: fornication, too much of eating, drinking, partying, and other lustful indulgence.
I would encourage other true believers to instead use that special day (Christmas) to celebrate JESUS, as we celebrate HIM every other day, and we must continue to live in holiness/righteousness even during the Christmas. You must never indulge in their lust. Your way has to be opposite of the way of the world, before, during and after Christmas

Don't allow the world to corrupt you with their ways and beliefs about Christmas.

Christmas Tradition

“Do not learn the way of the Gentiles; Do not be dismayed at the signs of heaven, For the Gentiles are dismayed at them. For the customs of the peoples are futile; For one cuts a tree from the forest, The work of the hands of the workman, with the ax. They decorate it with silver and gold; They fasten it with nails and hammers So that it will not topple.
