It depends, each are equally lucrative as far as you are talenyed and can market your sevices well

Fashion desire is better either on a small or large scale. Hair dressing is more common with "prostitutes". That might sound more a layman idea.

Do what makes you happy...
And forget the momentary aspect....

Fashion designing is more profitable as it has no price attached if ur a creative designer ur prices grows with different designs but hair dressers have specific amount for fixing particular hair styles
And more over if u hate gossip run away from hair saloons as they are gossip head quarters

They are both profitable. But whichever one you chose to go for, make sure you put your mind to it. Ensure you learn it very very well. Learn it very very well. And when you start monetizing it. If you are very good at what you do, you will be making money very well from it for life.

Same goes for hair dressing. But for hairdressing you can sell products like hair, creams, relaxers and the likes and also have apprectices Who pay you for training on the job

I guess fashion designing gives room for more creativity , self expression and if properly done, this should give a higher chance of profitability....and I think people are generally more obsessed with clothes than hair. With fashion designing u also have a higher appeal to the international market

Both are lucrative but as for me I will pick fashion

Both can be very profitable, but I guess fashion designing should surpass hair dressing. Fashion designing is a much bigger industry, also packaging is very important that's what makes you stand out.

Hair Dressing has quicker money (ie every weekend you do hair)

Fashion Designer is more time consuming but has higher pay (Ankara is competing with main stream).

A fashion Designer has more prospect if she has ideas for the future.

It's fashion designing but then, it depends on what you're offering. To make hairdressing very profitable, you need more services to render. Like dreads, selling if hairs, selling and making of wigs and maybe having your own branded hairs from China and so on
