Very pathetically slow pace

We celebrate mediocrity in Nigeria

The stretch of the bridge from Adeniji to Iyana Oworonshoki is 11Km
The portion being repaired is from Adeniji to Adekunle exit, which is less than half of the 11KM

The Ministry is repairing it for a huge sum of N18,000,000,000 (N18 billion)

That small portion is taking 6 weeks

Who caused Nigeria to celebrate absurdity?

That portion shouldn't exceed 60 days for repairs
the devil has never appreciated God. I understand you

Very slow pace of work. They promised to open it in January 2021 or before then but right now, it doesn't look like it at all.

January 2021 could still mean 31st of January and not 1st

Fear no let nairaland and zombies of nairaland talk about the main trending issues around the world. or as usual, Niaraland has been warned not to speak about the fact that Eastern security Network was launched to protect the whole of south and south East. Nnamdi Kamu is a savior and you can take that to the bank

A country of 220million presidents. Everybody knows how to get things done better and faster for the nation.

But you check their personal space and see mediocrity everywhere.

While I agree with you that we do celebrate mediocrity and inflate contract sums, I also feel that if we are not engineering experts, maybe we should be a bit cautious in our criticism.
