Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Location: Port Harcourt

JOB SUMMARY: The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire flow of the recruitment process within the Region, this will include Planning, sourcing, screening, selection and onboarding of competent, Suitable and qualified candidates.

Key Responsibility:

Ensures effective management of the recruiting function, selection, placement and induction and also oversee massive recruitment on various Locations

Leverage on appropriate tools and techniques to communicate job openings and adverts towards achieving the best possible reach to ideal candidates

Maintain an updated database of candidate placements and potential job opportunities

Keep abreast of industry changes (Benchmark salary, availability, candidate pool, industry activity)

Requirements/Specification

University Degree in HR or Business Administration, or any other relevant field

2-3 years progressively responsible HR experience (Recruitment), Consulting more preferable

Student/Full Membership of CIPM or other HR professional body is a Must

Proven track record of delivering results in an establishment of comparable size, scope and complexity.

Good Digital and Innovative skills.

Excellent People Management Skills.
