Not really so, I did mine it was successful.
After capturing face click on next it will automatically bring out your full name and the NIN and wrote successful.

I could not complete the process on the platform. I am being asked to capture via my camera which is not working. Why launch an half baked platform I addition, I just completed my registration via the MTN platform.

Its working. Just allow it some time to upload and load. Remember u took a pic, it will upload the pic b4 loading. I av done mine

Above the face capture is a space to enter either NIN number or phone number, instead of the NIN, use phone number. Then take the photo and click on next it should go through.

I experienced same until i decided to use phone number instead of NIN and it went through.

bro,I'm trying to welcome back my lost Glo sim,went to their office in wuse2 severally, wasting Tf and time,they kept giving us story,dem no dey do welcome back again? I don do my airtel line 3days ago ,submitting my NIN ,Glo workers @ wuse busy dressing up that stupid office for Xmas while customers are being snubbed and turned back for one flimsy excuse or the other!if they dare recycle my line ,there'll be hell to pay!I have affidavit from Court ,my NIN ID ,and they won't attend to customers!!!! pls help me call them out!Glo isn't what people think they are!very useless ,unprofessional morons lot!
