Please who has experienced this and have a solution for me.

I don't know what this is, it started like an acne on my chest and developed into several ones 6months ago and I have been going to the hospital and getting some medicine at the pharmacy but all to no avail.

It may clear for some times after taking the medicine but will appear a week again after i used the medicine finish .

It always scratching me and not that i change soap or use cream on my body... I only use antiseptic.

Note: it's only on my chest, face and back, other places are clear.


As at the moment, I am using a medicine prescribed to me at a pharmacy but it is not being effective to me because i am still having scratches and d rashes on the affected places that's why i decided to run here maybe i can find a solution to it .

Let's get started with your beddings and towels...

Make sure to change the above at least once a week and have a separate face towel and body towel. Do NOT use either of the towels to clean your leg region(especially the sole of your feet).

Reduce your cholesterol intake.

Do not share roll-on, shaving sticks, bathing soap with anyone.

Try as much as possible to take off your shirt when indoors. This is to allow air passage into the body.

Do not use harsh body creams. Vaseline, shea butter are your best bets for now.

Apply Dustin powder after every cold bathe.

STOP picking/piercing it. It spreads it faster than the lies a certain minister spreads across the country and beyond

Eat enough rice and chicken this yuletide and thank God for life. The rashes will go when you stop worrying about them and start to take enough water and fruits.

Don't use drugs or any cream. It won't work.

Those rashes are a symptom of the kind of food and drinks you are consuming.

There is an acidic imbalance in your body.

Increase your fruit and vegetable intake. Eat natural and whole foods. Plantain, Yam, Rice, etc.

Eliminate or reduce (to bearest minimum) alcohol and junk foods.

Do not eat beans for a while (if possible, stop eating beans). Bad for the skin. Beans used to cause eczema reactions in my body.

For longer term and permanent results, practice intermediate fasting.
Fast of 18hrs per day. Eat twice within 6 hours. One heavy meal and one light meal.
