Just noticed this and thought i should point it out that Nairaland Forums Rules and Regulations has been viewed 59483 times. But there are over 660969 members on nairaland. Do the maths, you most probably have not read the rules and regulations yourself. And if i may assume, you probably would not check the voters slip before voting also. Visit the Rules for Nairaland and just view them at least.

Of the 59483, i own 3-4 views, how many do you own.
