A leading electronic components store in Lagos is recruiting for the post of a sales representative/customer service officer.

Minimum Qualifications Requirements:
B.Sc./Hnd

Job Competency Requirement:

Ability to operate a help-desk, communicate with customers, provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about the products / services in a timely manner, monitor customer reviews, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
A good knowledge of electronic components and functionality will be an added advantage.

Other Requirements:

Preferably Male
Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills
Must know how to use MS word,Excel and have social media handling skills
Must be ready to work past working hours if the need arises
Should leave within Oshodi and environs
Must be able to resume work by 8am
Ability to work with and without supervision
