Eyimba fc Vs Rivers United, Which kind of draw is this? they should have just asked the Nigerian teams to go home instead

Don't mind them. They should have allowed Rivers United to play in Champions cup. Politics gave it to Eyimba and they have been knocked out. Now, they are here again to spoil the chance of Rivers United. They should just walk out of the game and allow Rivers United to continue in the competition.

Thumbs up Guys
Keep making our darling nation proud kiss

God bless Nigeria.

It's not their business to make Nigeria proud. They're making their fans proud. Some Ghanians and Cameroonians are fans of Rivers United.
Go and tell your clueless Bubu to make Nigerians proud.

Bounce off

So because the team has Ghanaian supporters we must all abandon our nationalistic aims and become happy clappy fools? Even the English that invented football and whose teams have world wide support are nationalistic when Liverpool, Man United or Rangers play in Europe cup competitions. And, yes, when English, French or Italian teams play in Europe competitions they set out with aim of doing their nations proud and their respective indigenous fans feel similarly. They don’t give a Bleep for African supporters some of whom have been known to even kill themselves.

Sports are one of the major tools nations use in fomenting sense of nationhood and exceptionalsiam. Sports in many ways represent a safe way for nations to express the need in man for war.
