i have used both. Cant see any difference in the two joor except that E72 has track pad while E5 doesn't. They are almost the same.

Don't know what you mean by after boot but I know E72 has 128MB RAM while E5 has 256MB RAM

Just the trackpad? There is also the dual camera for video calling, am not sure you can do video calling with E5. Incidentally price wise, the e5 is reasonably priced I expect it to still come down, while the e72 has refused to drop in the typical Nokia style. lest i forget, the casing too, that of e72 is metalic and very solid, i dont know of that of e5, but i doubt if it can be as solid as that of e72.

yes there is no video calling feature in E5. But do we really use that feature? As per the pricing, I think Nokia has discontinue the production of E72, the few one available has to be sold na. As per the casing, the E5 is sleeker if you ask me. Not as heavy and metalic as E72.

e5 is a wonderful 3g, wifi, 256mb RAM, 10mbps HSDPA, 2mbps HSUPA fone with poor 256k color screen, no videocalling and few other mishaps

Go to your programs and features in your control panel . . .click the Nokia connectivity cable driver and the PC connectivity solution and repair . .while doing this . .your phone should not be connected . . after repairs, simply connect your phone and it will restart the installations of your phone cable drivers on the PC and that should be done

Or
You uninstall the ovisuite, the Nokia connectivity cable driver and the PC connectivity solution and reinstall over again, then connect your phone . .any of these pathway should work

There's this thing at the upper right hand corner near the ear-piece dat looks like a sensor/camera.But neither does it blink nor can u use it to snap/video.Pls who knows what is it for?

I love my e5, it is very fast, its neither reboot nor restart, the phone is cool
e72 na rubbish, the phone hang atimes and even restart , my e5 has not reboot itself since hav bought it.very amazing and superb.
