NCDC Records 1114 New Cases, 27 Deaths, 1269 Recoveries by Newsbreakers: 1:00pm On Jan 30, 2021
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced 1114 new cases of COVID-19 in the country bringing the total to 128,674. Twenty-seven new deaths were recorded while there were 1269 recoveries. Lagos State is reported to have topped the list.

The 1114 new cases are reported from 22 states- Lagos (408), FCT (95), Plateau (90), Ondo (66), Kaduna (63), Oyo (56), Borno (46), Imo (42), Edo (41), Ogun (37), Rivers (31), Ekiti (25), Yobe (20), Kano (18), Akwa Ibom (18), Delta (15), Osun (15), Kwara (11), Bayelsa (6), Nasarawa (6), Zamfara (4) and Bauchi (1).

The breakdown of the NCDC tweet shows that the 1114 cases were from 22 different states. Lagos State recorded the highest number of cases with a total of 408 cases. The Federal Capital Territory followed with 95 cases while Plateau State had 90 cases. Find the breakdown in the picture below.
