Its realy simple to install. Downlod nd install xamp. Copy joomla folder to d htdoc folder c:/xamp/htdocs den create ur database usin phpmyadmin |

i would prefer you use wampserver because it is easier and have lesser security issues. Download it online and install it on your computer. Afterwards upload a copy of joomla you have into C:/wamp/www, then open up your web browser and type localhost, towards the end of the page you will see the site listed as one of the projects.
