Looking for a laptoppreferably Microsoft surface as I'm a digital artist and I'd prefer something port able but I could settle for a regular pc.
- My budget is 150k-170k max.
-It must have at least 4GB of ram and be an Intel core i5 (I know I'm reaching a bit here)
- if it's an ssd minimum of 64GB and if it's a HDD minimum of 500GB

Please help me out with a good deal, all I need is something that can run photoshop while browsing the internet smoothly.
