This house will be constructed on a land slightly less than the normal 50 x 100 feet land, so the challenge will be on space management, we want to make the best use of the land.

We have bought and dropped some pegging materials for our use inside this site last week, we will be in Asaba later today to start the process of documentation, then start the foundation as soon as we get the go ahead for foundation excavation.

This project has been put on hold. A few incidents not related to this contract has cropped up to cause a delay on our start of this project. I was in the site a few days ago.

Awaiting for an all clear for us to return to site and start this building. Thanks all.

To build this size of house from start to finish, materials, workmanship and supervision in Asaba, Delta state will cost about N45 - 48m in today's money. Things are very costly now.

500 sqm will be adequate for this building but the parking space can only take 4 cars. For Sangotedo and most other Lagos building costs, I will defer to my other friends in the building section like n3xt, rotecch77, Segzy14, KolaShangOne and others to help with the costing since they will understand the nature of the land and the prevailing prices for materials there better than me.

N18million will give you the carcass of that building in Sangotedo area. (Foundation to Roofing)

It’ll also conveniently fit a 500sqm land.
