There are things God doesn't judge, he put men in place to bring instructions to those about falling. LISTENING is better than TALKING.



*Have a solid written agreement with your LANDLORD.*


LANDLORDs are not joking with their INVESTMENT. Some don't care how much you spent in that apartment, they will demand for increment when you least expect.



Landlords are CALCULATIVE in nature. *They don't joke with figures*. They help you multiply the numbers of pupils in your school with ASSUMED school fees and believe you have the MONEY to pay for increment.



Most people are suffering the PERCEPTION of the society about them. Society feels they are rich but within them, they are going through hell financially. This is because PERCEPTION is stronger than REALITY. *Chose what you want people to see about you today and hide others*. Don't pay the price of IGNORANCE.


*But understand this as you go;*



When you decide to relocate to another environment, there is a possibility of losing pupils because of DISTANCE.



Some parents love your school today because of PROXIMITY.



Some love your school because of your STANDARD.



But you see, when it comes to long distance learning, 85% of parents are conscious-oriented; they don't want to allow their kids go far from home.



Start making MOVES to get your own permanent site.


Start making savings today.


Start looking out for REAL ESTATE FIRM that has affordable payment plan.



Don't buy that car if need be.



Don't purchase that items if possible.




Be more conscious of buying ASSET than LIABILITIES. *How long will they last and what is the cost of their maintenance; this will give you a view of what to BUY*.�



Take the PAIN today to be intentional about SAVINGS to get a landed property.

Let the SALARY of teachers and School expenses goes to the *EXPENDITURE account.*



*Revenue account* should be for PROFIT made termly. Don't touch this account. Be discipline that no matter what happens, it will never to TOUCH-ABLE.


Competition is good in business, it strives excellence, but be careful of who you compete with in business.



Those who owns the building doesn't answer to increment anymore but those who rent a building answer to the landlord increment always.



*Silence is golden but observation is precious.*



There are schools that has many debtors in population and still grows. But If you try it, your school will fold up in 5minute.


Be conscious of what moves them before you follow them.


*Don't just listen and implement rather listen and investigate.*



It's true population doesn't determine growth but there are schools that is over populated and still growing because the owner has multiple sources of income generating wealth. *Debt doesn't bring them down.*



*Back to you;* what other sources of income do you have? If your answer is ONE;


THEN, instead of competing with other schools around, start looking for ways to multiply your source of INCOME as a school.



If the building you have is not yours, you can't win over someone who has a building. Your authority and command level is different. *Don't fight it, just respect it.*


You can be forced to move away by the owner of your building and your school goes down immediately no matter the population and growth size.



There are certain things you need to handle in 2021, one of it is acquiring your own LAND. Work towards this and make it happen fast.


*When you acquire your LAND, you will see your temperature will naturally become normal without doctors prescription.*


Bills will reduce and peace of mind will set in.



When this is done, you will see that paying teachers on time doesn't move you. You have only been scared all along because you're still a TENANT.



The joy of being a LANDLORD makes you think in another dimension.


Paying STAFF promptly is an evidence of being a LAND OWNER not just a SCHOOL OWNER.



When a school owner dies, the possibility of the school functioning is a dependent on whether the LAND is owned or rented. In reality, he either leaves behind a WILL OR A BILL.

*I was in class that fateful Friday afternoon teaching my students when she raised her hand to ask a question.*
*I permitted her and she asked a rather too simple question that I supposed she should know the answer.*
*I had already covered that topic the previous week. "Will you sit down there! With your Ugly face! Olodo!" was the only answer I gave her.*
*The whole class bursted into laughter and she looked embarrassed.*
*I went on with my lesson but felt somewhat guilty over what I had said. I finished my class and left. On Sunday, I went to Church. The preacher was talking about the tongue and its power.*
*He spoke about how you could bring others down by what you say.*

*I remembered what happened on Friday and became guilty. I swore I was going to apologize to her on Monday when I got to the class.*

*On Monday afternoon, I went to the class but I didn't see her. I asked after her from her coursemates but they didn't seem to know who I was talking about.*

*I then said I was looking for the person I insulted on Friday.* *"Oh, that's Joy Sir!* *She is not in class today"* *they answered.*
*Who is her friend? I asked.* *"Aisha" they chorused.* *But Aisha was not in the class either.*

*Suddenly, a girl with Hijab walked in.* *"That's Aisha Sir" my students informed me.*
*Where is your friend? I asked her. "Which one?" She replied without looking at my face. Joy! I said.*

*The reply shocked me! She is in the mortuary Sir.* *Mortuary?? Doing what there?? I asked* *"She died on Friday Sir"* *Aisha replied.*

*How come I later found out that after my class on Friday, Joy was hit by a fast moving vehicle.*
*She was crossing the road absentmindedly probably because of what I said.*
*"Her burial is on Saturday and you are invited Sir"* *Aisha continued.*

*As I stood trying to overcome the shock, Aisha said within tears, "you killed my friend Sir".*
*She was right! I should be the murderer!*
*Some girls in the class were already crying! I didn't know what to say, whether to apologize to Joy's friend or Joy's ghost.*
*I submitted my resignation letter the next day.*
*Dear Lecturers and Teachers, please stop insulting your student.*

*They are in school to learn from you. If they already know, they won't be in school!*
*Please mind what you say to other people. Are your words bringing life or death to the hearers?*

CHILDREN AREN'T THE SAME.
Every child is unique. Every child is born brilliant and gifted.
Unless mentally challenged no child is dull brain.
Be it a teacher or parents, it's imbalance to commend a child only for academics.
Other gifts exhibited by the child should be appreciated, celebrated and developed.

*Do make it a habit to re-train your teachers and to regularly share your school policies especially on customer service with them.*

*THE MANGO, COCONUT AND BITTER LEAF*

Listen my Son, your antagonists will increase at every second of your progress. My entrepreneur father said some few years ago.

One day he said, walk with me, I have something to show you.

He went to the *mango tree* at the backyard, and requested I pluck a fruit from the tree. Actually the ripe one.

I looked carefully and replied; dad, I can't see any ripe one here. He stared at me for few seconds, this time, my heartbeat increased.

He had actually warned me to be prudent like King Solomon anytime I come close to him because the race is not for the ignorant anymore.

I adjusted my breath for another few seconds, I said again; dad, I can't find any ripe MANGO. Beautiful, he said, with a confident tone. Then he continued......

Nobody will know you when you are not ripped. Nobody will attack you when your glory isn't showing. At this stage, you are like the unripe fruit. Ignored and overlooked because your fruit is not nutritional.

*Here is your first lesson Son, don't fight to be seen or noticed, rather work to get your fruit to be ripened.*

It's the nature of man to ignore people who are not productive.

*To be noticed, work more on your seed.*

Come with me, this time, he took me to the coconut tree. Look around here and pluck two fruits for me. I looked critically at *the coconut tree,* it was tall and uneasy to get, so I carefully took a big stick and hit it from afar and it fell loudly to the ground. Then I gave the two fruits to him. Then he said,

*Here is it Son, the more productive you become, the more enemies you attract just like the coconut tree.*

It's the nature of man to come for you because you are ripe. They attack you just like you attack the coconut tree.

*Don't be moved, it is your right to fulfill destiny no matter the attack on you.*

Keep growing. You are growing for two purposes.

*One, as a shade for those that are helpless to hide and two, as a fruit for those that are hungry to eat from*.

Understand this, your *COURSE* is beyond the attacker. Grow your lens of reasoning if you will last long as a fruitful tree.

You see that coconut tree, no matter how many you pluck, it won't dry up because of you. It will keep producing more coconut. It is because it produces more that makes it relevant in my compound. If not, I would have uprooted it a long time ago.

Just because your partner betrays your love doesn't stop you from loving someone else.

You are productive, and you need to show your commitment as a tree that is fruitful, not as a tree that dries up, because of one person that plucks from it.

Just because someone defrauds you, is not enough reason not to trust.

*Trust is part of what makes your tree productive. Keep trusting till it gets you to your breakthrough.*

Just because some people don't like what you do is not enough reason not to like yourself.

*Be your first admirer. Treat yourself with so much love and respect*.

Nature will command people to take the course of likeness on you.

See Son, look at that *bitter leaf* at the other side of the compound, go and taste it. I moved a bit and I said, dad, I don't really like it. He smiled and said,

*This shows that, not everyone will like what you are, but you must never allow that to determine how you grow.*

That bitter leaf is never scared of growing no matter the hatred you have towards it because it knows, one day, you will come looking for it and it will be your only saviour at that time.

You will give it all the attention you thought you couldn't give.

Don't stop growing Son.

*When your enemies increase for no reason, pay attention, your success is taking another dimension they can't handle, the effect is dimensional*.

The bitter leaf will attract enemies because of the kind of projection and growth it takes but sooner, it will be the ultimate search for many.

*You can be the ultimate search for someone tomorrow,* so *learn to improve your skills of growth today*.

*You are not growing to compete with the next person.*

Coconut trees don't compete with the apple tree, their seasons of growth and cycle are different.

Learn to apply this in your journey in life.

Your competition is not with someone else. It is God who brought you on this journey and he knows when your fruit will ripe, so don't envy others when their fruit ripens.

*Seasons of growth is what matters. Move and grow at your own pace*.
