We are a Chinese group factories that wants to open a representing office in Lagos.

Now we'd like to rent a duplex in VI, Ikoyi, or Lekki.

The building we'd like to find is better 2 or 3 floors which can provides 3 bedrooms upstairs to live safely, Gound floor can be used to display our goods/samples with an area of no less than 200 sqm. Also in the yard, we can have 200 sqm room as warehouse.

The position should be easy to locate when we describe to our clients or business partners. Place should be safe and we are one-stop supplier for builders, so no need to provide kitchen, wardrobe and sanitary wares. We can also use our room as display rooms.

We'd like to find place available between 2 M to 3 M .A. since we do not want to increase this cost to our customers.

your offer for a duplex in those location is very ridiculous,i want you to understand that you cant get such a property at that range unless you step up in your offer.

or you go to a more remote location and you will definitely find something within your range.

we have lots of duplex but with your budget nobody is gonna offer you anything or take you serious.
