I have read through your piece and found it very touching. Looking at the causes of overheating in a car, we see that; (1) Fan blowing in the wrong direction is a factor (2) Hindrance in the flow of water to cirulate in the entire system is a factor (3) Bad or leaking radiator is also a factor. This will only manifest when the radiator water is finished. A few other factors can contribute to engine overheating such as bad water hose hidden somewhere, leaking water pump, and so on. I would advise if you have a very good mechanic, then tell him to check these things and most importantly, check the thermostat. This is always removed first thing in cars that were of the foreign countries to allow a free circulation of water in the entire system as the temperature here is not the same as the temperature over there. Goodluck!

my brother pls dont mind those mechanics asking to change ur entire engine, they are just doing trial and error and creating more jobs for theselves in the process.i think DEEBEEZ has giving u an outline of what the problem might be.
Any time u experience over heating again, open the ratiator and check the level of water remaing. If the water reduces drastically , that confirms a leakage, just trace the leakage and fix.
All the best
