lol.u're so funny. normal pple do but it's a place for old pple mostly . my mother works in one. They take care of old invalid/handicapped pple but u know how these celebs lives are. They go there when they are stressed or have mental problem, which is mostly their faults anywayz. They have therapists who recommend them to go there. The place---------Rehabilitation center/home aka rehab is meant for old pple, who live alone, etc, u know. It's a place where they are taken care of. But celebs make it their second home due to d lousy lives they live. e.g paris hilton.
