MIXOLOGIST JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position below:

JOB TITLE: MIXOLOGIST

JOB TYPE: FULL TIME

LOCATION: LAGOS

JOB DUTIES
• Ensure that bars are stocked with glasses, garnishes, drink mixes and ice.
• Make syrups, infusions, tinctures, mixed drinks, and cocktails of all types to fulfill customer orders.
• Process cash and credit card payments from customers and verify that patrons are old enough to drink before serving them alcohol.
• Responsible for crafting original beverage menu items and designing new, innovative cocktails using the ingredients that are already supplied by the company.
• Responsible for filling out inventory forms in order to replace items as needed.
• Ensure the bar is always neat and clean.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of OND/HND from any recognized institution.
• Must possess a friendly personality.
• Good customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills is also a plus.
• Additionally, mixologists must have the ability to stand behind bars for long periods.
