VACANCY FOR ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE OFFICER

I am currently looking to hire an Account Receivable Officer for an ICT Company



The ideal candidate should have hands on experience on how to manage the Account receivable/debt recovery of a company.



SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

-Handling Receivables of All Corporate Host Client

-Reconciliation of All Account Managers Files

-Keeping updated records of the receivable/ invoices (both newly issued and unpaid invoices)

-Making constant enquiries from customers on when payment would be made

-Issuing invoices to the clients via mail with the Account managers in the loop.

-Assessing credit status of each customer and making recommendation

-Other duties as assigned by Department Head





REQUIREMENT

1-2 years hands on experience on some or all of the deliverables above.

Sound accounting background

Young, Vibrant and Courteous

Must be available for immediate start
