N-POWER is one of the social investment programs of the Buhari-led administration that has got the interest of millions of Nigerians. The program is strategized to assist graduate Nigerians and of recent, SSCE holders with a monthly stipend of thirty thousand naira (30,000), while they offer their services in return.

In a recent development, The federal government said it has begun the selection process for applicants who indicated interest to be employed under the N-Power Batch C. This was through the minister of humanitarian affairs disaster management and social development, Sadiya Farouq, who made this known in a series of tweets.

She tweeted that the ministry has taken stringent steps to ensure that the registration, verification and onboarding process would be carried out online and on a centralised system while also noting that as part of measures to make the selection process seamless and transparent, a portal, the National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) has been launched for ease of coordination, deployment and management.
