Please I need the help of Doctors and Medical Practitioners in the house, you guys would have done me a very big favor if you can assist me in getting a document that specifies the following allowances in your profession in Nigeria, I'm doing an academic research, please this will go a long way. I will need clarity on how the following allowances are calculated and if there is a Circular that backs it: 1. Call Duty Allowance 2. CONHESS Call Duty 3. Consolidated Salary 4. Hazard Allowance (I already know this is N60,000 annually) 5. Shift Allowance 6. Specialist Allowance 7. TOPSAL Call Duty Allowance 8. TOPSAL Clinical Allowance 9. TOPSAL Specialist Allowance 10. TOPSAL Teaching Allowance 11. Teaching Allowance I have been searching for these online, but no concrete documents to back up the calculations. Approach doctors who work in government hospitals . Before you approach 10 , at least 1 might be able to assist. |
