I can't blame bandit. The seed the government planted has grown. You can't politicize all part of government and expect people not find a way to survive. South youth are surviving with online fraud while North youth are going into bandit and kidnapping. you can't be enjoying public funds and expect others not to find easy way of sourcing for a better life.
