I know these fish, used to catch them as kid. When you use stick to drum the stomach, it will rise to a balloon size and will produce melodic sound. We never eat them though. Now I wish I did. Nigeria is not worth living in.

Bro we have this fish in our rivers, is one of my favourite fish to eat, tho it has poison on its skin but you can remove the skin and fins before cooking it. In ijaw we called it Ibupu.
If you want to kill or poison someone just cook the skin and use the water to give the person, slowly but surely the person will die
