New mum, Adesua Etomi, has taken to her social media page to share with fans her experience as a new mum.

Recall she recently welcomed a baby boy with husband, BankyW.

Disclosing the changes her postpartum body was going through after her child delivery in a recent Instagram post, the actress pointed out that her legs have grown bigger and her finger nails have grown longer.

She further added that her wedding ring doesn't fit anymore while sharing photos of her legs, nails and ring finger.

Too much food.

Cut down a little on all the sweet teas and meat pepper soup junks that come with omugwo. This things are the major culprit of unnecessary weight gain after child birth.

Also refuse those temptations and ignore them mamas that will be telling you, "my daughter, eat fufu, drink pap and thick tea so your breast can produce enough milk". Don't mind them o. You'll just be packing on the pounds and be swelling like toad.

Eat normally and try to exercise around the house with a few chores. Don't leave everything for house help. All that excess fat and water retention casusing bloating will reduce.

Lastly, don't expect to have that same small girly look again. A lot of Changes have occurred. So learn to love and accept the new "mama" look. It's a thing of joy.
