Many Chelsea players were coming off a busy international week where many of them were playing for their countries. West brom who don't have as many internationals in their squad had 2 weeks rest as a result, so were fresh for the game.

Also Chelsea were ten men down.

Add the fact that Chelsea have not been at their best this season really. It was just a matter of time that they would be beaten heavily. Tuchel hasn't been in the job long enough

Also West brom are not out of the woods yet.They are still in the relegation zone. Plus fullham has been improving and other clubs aren't pushovers

This was just a once in a blue moon victory.
