I've come across quite a number of negative reviews about roqqu on the past couple of months, I thought they were mere misunderstandings since I've used roqqu in the past and knew them to provide near seamless service, so a few days ago I needed some litecoin and because of the small volume I decided to buy from roqqu. Everything went smoothly until the point of transferring out my litecoin, I clicked "confirm" but nothing happened; I checked my wallet and it had been debited but I did not receive the LTC. I've since contacted their support but after 4 days there is absolutely no response, not even an acknowledgement of my complaint. Roqqu is a big fraud.
