Our Client an E-commerce company is recruiting for the below roles


IT HELP DESK

• Respond to technical questions on servers, computer hardware and gadgets
• Collaborate with team members and clients to establish goals and objectives for system improvements and upgrades.
• Create and implement processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction while reducing costs.
• In-depth knowledge of networking devices like Switch; Router; Bridge; Gateway; Modem; Repeater; Access Point.
• Create content for product description, product reviews, comparison charts and digital media in other to achieve business goals.
• Ensure well researched, engaging and audience-oriented content production deadlines are met.
• Attend to technical customer requests, queries and complaints via calls, social media platform and walk-ins.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with end users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Increase personal technical knowledge by reading trade publications, operating manuals, and diagnostics information, and actively researching often.

QUALIFICATION
• HND/BSc in Computer science, IT and related courses.
• 2 years experiences in a similar role
• Proficient in Networking (Networking devices), Servers, Computer Hardware, printers and scanners
