Very simple thing. Let the uefa and F.As go political and ask government of each country to revoke work permit of all players playing for these revolting clubs.

Revoke each club license to use any stadium without approval and slam a whooping 80% tax (highest in history for being stupid) on any profit made by these clubs and their players.

Lobatan, wait and see how even Kabiru of Ogbomosho will turn down the chance to play for them.

Trust their pot bellied presidents and club officials to turn into footballers.

They are some club looking for all possible mean to get any European cup but no way, I think uefa and FIFA need to create more trophy so all this club will not be left out. some of d club are over 100 years without European cup recognition. now we have champions league and Europa, they can still have another one below europa.

No club like to struggle without achievement, so let FIFA and UEFA come up with something good.

I m barca fan but arsenal nd some other must be considered.

has UEFA done anything about racism in football? what about VAR and FFP?? the teams wanna make more money kos footfall is business unlike those days where passion and love for a club counts.. now you will see a 20 year old player wanna be collecting over $200K a week..
now founding members are gonna collect over 350 m Euros. the super league will happen bekos the teams had known what to expect. those teams are the major heavyweights of their respective leagues and without them, the leagues will be farmers league..

There have been rumours that major football teams in England, Spain and Italy, including Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool plan to breakaway and form a European Super League. It was reported that PSG were invited to join the new league but they refused. An announcement is expected from the breakaway clubs tonight.

It is expected that FIFA, UEFA and the various national associations will ban any player or club that participates in the new league.

UEFA has now released a statement about the issue.

it won't work because those teams they want to ban are the major players on paying of tax in there country... The money Madrid and Barcelona are remitting as tax respectively is bigger than 10 Nigeria states annual budget..

No other European competition would be anticipated anymore cuz you get to see all the top clubs play in the same league week in week out.

Football would be ruined.

You'll never see German clubs trying to partake in something like this. I respect them for that.
The German league is exactly what is wrong with football

You must be a du.mb to think anybody with a contrary opinion is below 20.

From your level of reasoning, its obvious you're a kid.

Although age has nothing to do with wisdom or IQ, I know I'm older than you.

Rules are made by men to keep things in check most times to their own benefit, in situation where some people are no longer comfortable or need to explore, they break the rules or fight the rule makers.
Sometimes, infact all the time, new things can't be gotten if everyone abide by the rule.

Every countries that got broken up had rules guiding them before they were broken.

As long as human exists, rules will be broken and new things will continue to unfold, rules will be broken and new one will be made.

I bet you haven't heard about the phrase "rules are made to be broken."

Azzin very laughable bro...

UEFA’s fear is not even the immediate aftermath but the future.

I.e such a situation would mean other “top” clubs would “eventually” want to be a part of that league and before you know it a European super league 2 (2nd division) will emerge thus destroying “domestic” football as we presently know it.

But all in all it’s just inevitable ... football will evolve.

And if you ban an Mbappe , rashford etc from the World Cup then Abeg who go come watch word cup?

You get the point.

Imagine Brighton and Norwich playing in FA cup final, Chai.

The thing is those top clubs and players are the ones that give views and money to these competitions(UCL and Co).
Imagine a Champions League final between Eibar and Nottingham Forest, who go watch am.

That's just it.

The best should happen.

More top flight football! What's not to like? UEFA likely fears missing out on the pie:IIRC this talk began 04/05 and was abandoned as respective national/league and national commitments were deemed too demanding.
Players would've been playing up to 2 or 3 games weekly. I reiterate; what's not to like seeing twice weekly Man C vs Juve/ Barca vs PSG/ Real vs Man U or Liverpool vs AC Milan games?

What's FIFA and UEFA not telling us, you blame money for this teams breaking away but i think there's more to this. You are adding more teams into Champions League which is more games meaning more revenue (money) yet you are criticizing the break away team of greed. Dose the health of this players really matter to you guys? Or they are just ATM for the guys at the top
