I wouldn't say it was overpriced. I know folk would say, I could buy a Camry, Honda etc for that price, but you have to want one! I personally am an Audi - VW man, so, the Japanese cars wouldn't appeal to me, irrespective of options.

Another thing is, a car's worth what a buyer's willing to pay. If someone's into Golfs, then the Toyota or Honda option doesn't arise.
