Job Brief
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic male Business Sales Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. Your responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
* Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
* Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
* Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
* Set up business meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
* Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
* Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
* Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
* Gather feedback from customers or prospects
* Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
* Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
* Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
* Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements
* Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
* Proven sales track record
* Experience in customer support is a plus
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
* Proficiency in English
* Market knowledge
* Communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to build rapport
* Time management and planning skills
* BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

Remuneration
Percentage share of profits made weekly
