Towards the second quarter of last year, I was in the bus one late afternoon, and lost in my thoughts when I was jolted back to reality by a tingling/itching sensation on the mid inner part of my arm. It looked like I had been bitten by an insect or so, as the spot had become red, itchy and about 6 times wider than the one in the attached picture. As I began to scratch and rub it, it went down and disappeared in about an hour time. However, in the days and weeks that followed, the swelling would return in the very same spot and at about the same time. I typically wouldn't notice it initially until it gets to a significant size and begins to itch me. And once I start scratching it, it goes down. I also noticed that it typically happens when I am in a poorly ventilated place especially when I am sleeping or studying. This afternoon, i was trying to catch a quick siesta. Inverter had died since late morning so the fan wasnt on. About an hour into the siesta, that spot began to itch me, and when I opened my eyes, it had grown to the size in this picture. If I hadn't woken up, it would have grown to about 5 times this size in width. But as I began to scratch it, it started going down. Please, who has is or has experienced this mysterious thing? How did you manage it? What is it, even? Madam Dominique, please help me push this to front page. Thanks

Use a steroid cream with antibiotic. Eg funbact A. It's just a histamine reaction. |
