Urinary tract infection is a common infection that affects both genders but mostly experienced by women. it is easy to detect this infection as it comes with the feeling of urinating almost immediately after doing that, urinating a very small amount, abdominal pain, and pressure, and burning sensation while urinating.
If UTI is left untreated it can lead to further complications. Therefore, seek treatment once you start to notice those symptoms. while you undergo this treatment, there are certain things to avoid for the period in order to quickly get better. find out in this article what to do or stay away from as a UTI patient.

Drink a lot of water, don’t wait till you are thirsty. this will help to flush out bacteria.
