Ever since DaGrin's death, there has been a mass of wails for the guy. And, my condolences. But, um, the kid operated a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Did people happen to forget that or is it just convenient to omit?

My focus is this:
Has there been any awareness for drunk driving because his death makes the perfect case for some type of public broadcast against drunk driving.
