I am 27 years old, working with a firm that pay #80000 monthly with HND(Mechanical).

Nowadays am just thinking to upgrade myself by either doing DEGREE top- up or going for PGD, but am just a learner, coz I don't know if engineering bodies accept top-up degree certificate, or what do u think I can do to upgrade myself.

Go to coren website get a phone number to call or visit any nearest office to find out their current stand on this. Like I was told it seems a bsc may be better than doing a pgd

sad Young man.Who told u that u can't go back to school for Ur MSC/Doctorate Deg @40? School isn't running away.Kip working and believe God for lifting.If not cos of this Coro,u should be earning bout 200k but dat 80k is still manageable till u secure beta one.
