The corruption in this country is crazy. And to make matters worse, the government supports it.

Good. He is best advised to remain steadfast and focused on the greater good of his shareholders and depositors and be strong on longanimity so he can cohabit the Boardroom successfully with friends and foes alike especially Oba Otudeko who may wish to throw banana peels his way.

Well deserved victory for him!

I'm happy that the CBN upheld best practice and corporate governance in this case smiley

Emefiele has shown us how a sane country works. Until we start building strong institutions as opposed to strong men, Nigeria will keep running round in circles. Congratulations to the reinstated MD, Mr. Adeduntan.

Otudeko how far grin. Now I see why Sanusi sacked bank MDs back in 2009. They run these institutions like their private property with complete disregard of laid down rules and regulations.

High chances the dude will resign before the end of his tenure. We complain about Buhari when many of our so called entrepreneurs don't have respect for the rule of law and always want to have their ways. Apparently, the board didn't put into considerations that there are other stakeholders whose interest is as important as theirs. Adeduntan is a stakeholder, every employee and customer is a stakeholder. Whatever happened to Loyalty. Don't ever kiss the ass of any man because he is rich. Stand for your cause and what you believe in!
