Job role: Quality Assurance for Background Verifications (Senior Manager)

Location: Lagos

Job Description
1. Manage efficiency of processes & procedures, quality of operations, and confirm that all background screen results are being returned accurately
2. Develop, maintain, and update consistent reporting around productivity, turnaround time, and quality assurance.
3. Coordinate closely with the Verifications department on work volume, escalations, disputes, and processes changes to ascertain clients’ expectations are met in line with the SLA
4. Ensure the attainment of zero error rate on all reports submitted to clients
5. Maintain a smooth and cordial relationship with our partner institutions for the verification and revalidation of reports received to ascertain accuracy and authenticity
6. Ensure all executed briefs are done with in terms of the client’s SLA and timeline
7. Facilitate the introduction and implementation of quality and standard assurance policies that guide error-free operations of background checks and verification services
8. Consult with Management to ensure the organization complies with all industry-best policies, procedures, and practices.

Qualifications & Attributes
• Minimum of Second-Class Lower Bachelor’s degree from a recognized and reputable university
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in a background screening/verification/investigation company
• Proven experience and track record in Quality Assurance, Operations Management, and Business Development in a background screening services company
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to discuss technical issues clearly and concisely.
• Ability to multi-task with consistent and timely follow-through.
• Ability to quickly analyze a situation, find a workable solution and implement the proper steps
