Dark mode or dark theme is a color scheme that uses light-colored text, icons, and graphical user interface elements on a dark background.

This helps to increase visual ergonomics by reducing eye strain, adapting brightness to existing lighting conditions, and encouraging screen usage in low-light situations while conserving battery power. However, dark theme only affects supported apps and the Android menu.

With the latest improvement in technology - Android 11, scheduling dark theme has been made possible. (Imagine the light theme turning on every morning, and the dark theme taking over after sunset automatically or the possibility of creating a specific schedule)

How to Automatically Schedule Dark Theme
1. Tap the Settings app ( or touch and hold the Dark Theme Tile on your Quick Settings)
2. Navigate to Display and Brightness
3. Tap on Dark Theme > Schedule
4. Select and set your desired option, be it to schedule via a Custom Time or from Sunset to Sunrise

NOTE: Selecting turn on at the Custom Time, allows for scheduling at your desired time while selecting turning on from Sunset to Sunrise uses your location to determine the appropriate time to schedule a dark theme
