We are looking to hire a highly organized Administrative Officer to perform all administrative and clerical duties necessary for effective office management. The Admin Officer will be responsible for handling administrative duties, including welcoming guests, answering phones, handling firm inquiries, sorting and distributing mail, schedule meetings and travel arrangements for staff.

Admin Officer Requirements:
■Degree in English, Mass Communication, Psychology, Philosophy, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field.
■Certification in customer service management is an added advantage.
■Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
■Good interpersonal and communication skills
■Knowledge of office management.
■Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
■Excellent time-management, communication, and organizational skills
■A strong personal commitment to the values of the Firm.
