2) Why is Gumi still roaming without being investigated? His mediatory role in reconciling the parents with their children has sent tongues wagging about his innocence

3) Why haven't they raided the hideouts of these guys?!

3. The students are going to be hurt. They are also hostages.

4. Nigeria is a failed state courtsey of Boko Haram and the Nigerian government. The options available is either they pay the ransom and we continue the cycle do making terrorism and banditry profitable OR they take the bandits out and lose the students in the process.

Kidnapping have officially become a booming business in nigeria. Nice! for those nigerians who thinks it would never happen to them. Well... it is a matter of when not if it would happen to them. Unless you don't want your children in schools anymore or walk the streets of nigeria.

These so called bandits are more equiped with weapons than the useless nigerian police force, military and other mediocre forces in Nigeria. What do you think they do with the ransoms paid? drink fine expensive wines? Buy lexus SUVs? naaa! They buy more weapons.

I can't understand why some parents will still allow their children to be schooling in the North till this moment because of education that you can even obtain online in this era. Just try and pay the ransom then move your children to schools in South West
