I've been having neck pain lately due to an inactive lifestyle. I work around a desk 8+ hours per day. I'm looking for a natural solution to this pain. NO DRUGS! Any suggestions? |

Get a wheat bag. You can probably make on out of rice and some fabrics. Or wheat if you have that. Run it in the microwave for a few minutes and place it on your neck.
