richmond500: If you have ever been victimized by SARS you will know they are NOT interested in fighting crime... A SARS squad will be drinking heavily at Iya Rokiba's place while their Police radio is giving Intel of a possible robbery within their heat...they will get up and move to a location where they can obtain easy money....e.g extorting young rich lads. Fraud is bad...Embezzlement is the mother of fraud. Africans (sorry to say this) are fond of leaving their main problems and chasing shadows.... I bought pepsi N100 six weeks ago... It's N150 now...na yahoo boy cause am? Cement is BTW 3500 and 3800 in Lagos meanwhile Dangote cement is N1600 in Gambia...is that NORMAL Na Yahoo boys cause am? I hate criminality but pls face the real cause abeg. 1 Like |

sophxx: The way they undermine this country by comparing her to Ghana is too much. The goal is for Africa to develop. America of today had highway robbers and kidnappers before example is burning and clide if I might be correct in spelling. Community policing and restructuring is the way. Hence we split. The oduduwa, biafrans and the arewas have different Creed origins. It won't work. |

Itopalucky: “Nigeria budgets way over $1.9billion annually on Military, second in Africa to South Africa who budgets around $3.7billion. If we budget this much in a contraption like Nigeria; why can’t we fund community policing, properly modulated by the State Security apparatus. The United States of America who we are seemingly modelling after, have their community policing, which they call Sheriffs, and every State takes care of its own State Security Architecture. “In West Africa for example, Nigeria’s military budgetary allocation is higher than the budgets of all other states’ defense or military operations put together. Chad who has been seriously fighting insurgency in their borders, budgets just around $24 million, Cameroon is $244 million, Niger is less than $180 million, while Benin is $116 million. |
