Boko Haram leader, Abubakar Shekau is rumoured to be dead “again”. This came in after ISWAP fighters stormed Sambisa forest, dislodged Boko Haram, forced them to be surrendered or killed. For now, the whereabouts of the Boko Haram strong man remains unknown. ISWAP is yet to release any confirmation on the attack or on Shekau’ s whereabouts.

Recall Boko Haram leader Shekau has been said to have been in the past in various statement issued by the Nigerian military.
