If your PS4 is faulty, with symptoms of turning off immediately after you turn it on, (the blue light blinks just once the off) and you would have to remove the power plug before the blue light blinks again and off. Then you have a faulty power supply, with a damaged IC, DNP015na - is a PS4 customized IC which you can't find in the market or just anywhere. PS4 engineers won't tell you this, but rather change the full Power Supply Unit for you, and charge you big bucks up to 25k+, while still repairing your damaged PSU for the next customer   .But I have the DNP015na IC for sale, which you can diy if you are good with soldering or give a local engineer, to swap out the bad chip.
