As a Head in a school, what plans would you put in place to ensure prompt payment of school fees by parents.knowing that you have to pay salaries and parents are not paying. opinions needed.

From the start of the term, give a grace of 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks, start issuing reminders to the parents/guardians for another 2 weeks for the school Fees to be paid. After that, any child whose school fees has not been paid should not be allowed to take classes, if possible, the child should be turned back at the school gate.
