After potholes damaged his car, Man demands £300 (N175k) from government

As a result of a neglected pothole on his street in Penrith Gardens, a British man identified as Al Mitchell has billed Plymouth City Council £300 (N175k) for the damage on his car .

According to MetroUK reports, Mitchell was charged £300 for the repair of his car but having discovered the cause of the damage, the infuriated driver sent the bill to the council.

The state of the highway has now caused significant damage to the ball joint of the suspension arms on his Nissan Qashqai, he says.
