If you are unable to open MS Outlook and getting an error, then you should try to open MS Outlook in Safe Mode. By using Outlook safe mode, you can access Outlook and remove add-ons that are causing you problems. To open Outlook in safe mode, you can take the help of the post mentioned below.

For Windows:
Press Windows Key + R: This opens the "Run" dialog.
Type "outlook.exe /safe": Enter "outlook.exe /safe" (without the quotes) in the Run dialog.
Press Enter or click OK: This will start Outlook in Safe Mode.
Note: If you have multiple Outlook profiles, you might be prompted to choose a profile. Select the appropriate profile and click "OK."

For macOS:
Close Outlook: Ensure that Outlook is completely closed.
Hold Down the Shift Key: While holding down the Shift key, click the Outlook icon in the Applications folder or the Dock.
Select Your Profile: If you have multiple profiles, you may be prompted to choose a profile. Select the desired profile and click "OK."

Regards,
Peter
